Le Chic Spa Full Service Grooming :: How it Works ::
Unlike other shops that bring in all of their animals for the day at one time, we give personalized attention to your dog or cat. Booking only one pet at any given time slot allows us to groom your pet in a timely manner.
When a client is early or late, this puts the schedule off and mostly causes your (or, more likely, someone else’s) pet to have to sit around and wait. We do not have room to kennel your pet or devote staff time to take your pet for a potty break. Each groom appointment will take up to 2 hours, depending on the size of your pet and the condition of the coat. You will be given a pickup time when you drop your pet off. A copy of our grooming policies are given at your first appointment or by request.
Why are appointment times so specific?
The simple answer is because it is absolutely the best thing for your pet. We're pleased to offer this service as a complement to our other store features, but we're not setup as a dedicated grooming shop. We don’t have the staff available to take your dog out should s/he need to relieve him/herself or to rest quietly and comfortably during an extended stay.We do our best to give you a 15-20 minute notice prior to your pet's appointment being complete so that you can be in the store as we are almost done with the groom. We understand that there may be slight delays in picking up your pet and will do our best to acommodate these rare occurences. We know we have the most courteous customers and will expect a call if an unavoidable delay has happened.We recognize these standards might be different than you are used to and they may not work for everyone. Please be assured these guidelines will make the experience most enjoyable for all clients, including your furry friend! - Nail cap application from $25 (prices vary - your price will be given at check-in)
- Pup Pedicure (scissor tidy feet, pad shave, nail trim) $20, add polish + $5
- Brush teeth $8
- Mini-Spa (bath, nail trim, ear cleaning) from $30 (prices vary - your price will be given at check-in)
- Ear cleaning $8
- Glands Expression $8-$15
- De-Shed $25-$40 (for best results we recommend two appointments each during spring & fall to reduce shedding up to 90% at home)

Lois' specialty is styling your pet with the right cut and coat length to showcase your pet and fit your lifestyle. For the price of one session, Lois will walk you through the professional grooming steps on your pet so that you can make the most of at-home maintenance or when using self-service pet wash.
